Along came a spider
For some reason most people I know are deathly afraid of spiders yet for some reason I find them to be fascinating creatures. This nifty looking guy is a newly discovered species in Israel that’s also likely to run out of habitat as mining operations pick up in its habitat.
I always think it’s cool when we discover new species. Too often we seem convinced that we know everything there is to know and along comes a spider then something like this happens we are reminded that it’s easy to miss something that could be hiding in our own backyards.
